2. If the controller sounds an alarm of one long and three short beeps when the key is turned on without operating any other functions, it may not be a controller malfunction, but rather a burned-out motor causing a short circuit in the motor coil and triggering the controller alarm. It is recommended to check the motor or install the controller on another vehicle for testing.

3. If the controller alarms after driving a few kilometers (but can be driven again after being parked for a few hours), the problem may be with the motor, with a slight short circuit in the motor coil causing the motor to heat up during operation and increasing the short circuit, resulting in increased current and triggering the controller alarm. This can cause the controller to be burned out over time, so it is recommended to check the motor immediately. If a fault is found with the motor, it should be repaired or replaced immediately.
