Maintenance of new energy electric vehicles.

After driving for a period of time or mileage, the new energy electric vehicle should be inspected and maintained to see if there are any worn parts. If found, please replace them in time. Please use the qualified parts produced by the original factory.

 

(1) Maintenance of vehicle body.

New energy electric vehicles are strictly forbidden to be exposed to the sun. The high temperature environment will increase the internal pressure of the battery and force the battery pressure limiting valve to open automatically. The direct consequence is to increase the water loss of the battery. However, excessive water loss of the battery will inevitably lead to the decline of battery activity and accelerate the aging of the electrode plate, which will lead to fatal injuries such as heating, bulging and deformation of the shell during charging.

 

1. Cleaning of new energy electric vehicles.

Cleaning of new energy electric vehicles should follow normal cleaning methods. During cleaning, it is absolutely forbidden for water to flow into the charging socket of the vehicle body to avoid short circuit of the vehicle body circuit.

Under the following circumstances, the paint layer will be peeled off or the car body and parts will be corroded, so the vehicle must be cleaned immediately. When driving along the coast, on roads sprinkled with antifreeze, on roads stained with coal tar, resin, bird droppings and dead insects, and in areas where the air contains a lot of soot, coal ash, dust, iron filings or chemicals.

 

2. Manual cleaning of new energy electric vehicles.

In the shade, when the car body is not hot by hand, clean it again. Flush loose stolen goods with water pipes first.

After that, clean the vehicle with neutral car washing agent, and mix the cleaning agent according to the manufacturer's instructions. Use a soft cloth to dip in the cleaning solution, and do not rub it hard to avoid damaging the paint surface.

 

(2) Inspection and adjustment of key components.

1. steering system.

Turn the steering wheel slightly to the left or right to check the clearance of the steering gear, and the rotation angle should be 0 ~ 10 degrees in the circumferential direction. When driving slowly on flat ground and without vibration, turn the steering wheel to the left or right to check its portability and stability.

2. Brake system.

The brake fluid reservoir cup is installed at the left end of the instrument. If the brake fluid is low, please add it. The brake fluid should be changed once a year. As the brake fluid will damage the surface of glasses and paint, please pay more attention when filling it.

3. Brake pedal.

The minimum height between the brake pedal and the underbody is 95mm, and the free travel of the pedal is 5-8mm. If it exceeds the range, it should be adjusted until it is qualified.

4. Parking brake.

When the parking brake cannot be used, please check the braking condition of the rear wheels, and pull the handle with a force of about 20N. If the handle can stop between about 6-12 teeth, it is normal. If it is not in conformity, please adjust it.

 

5. Check the tire pressure.

The tire pressure should be kept at normal tire pressure, and the tire pressure must be checked every two weeks.

Abnormal tire pressure will cause power consumption, short driving range, reduced driving comfort and shortened tire service life, and greatly increase the risk of driving.

Battery maintenance

1. check the liquid level, and add less distilled water.





2. After the battery is discharged, it will be charged on the same day.





3. Open the electric bottle cap when charging.





4. Tighten the battery pole bolts.





5. Measure battery overdischarge (used when measuring whether the battery is under-voltage).





6. Measure the battery density, which is 1.28±0.005g/cm normally.





7. Check whether the battery is fully charged. Methods: A. Measure the density (1.28±0.005g/cm)b). B. Look at the voltmeter (when the battery is fully charged, the termination voltage of the single block is about 10.2V). C. Look at the bubbles in the battery (when there are many bubbles, they are full).





8. Remove the dirt on the battery surface.

9. Observe the working condition of charger and check the heating condition of charger socket.






10. Remove dust from the shell, and no water is allowed to enter.





Electronically controlled motor

11. Fasten each connection point (note: it should be carried out in the power-off state).





12. Clean external dust.





13. Contact points (inspection of contact points).





14. Motor carbon brush (wear condition).





15. Whether the accelerator pedal is flexible and reliable and returns.





16. Check whether there is water entering, and check the fever.





17. Wear of brake drum and friction plate.





18. Brake hoses and pipes (oil leakage and wear).





19. Brake fluid (liquid level, whether there is leakage).






20. Tire and fastening nut (tread wear, air pressure, tightness of nut).






21. Shock absorber (oil leakage, inelastic, abnormal sound).






22. Transmission shaft bolts (fastening).






23. Replace gear oil of gearbox and rear axle (running-in period).




Running-in period


24. lubricate the steering gear and hub bearings.






25. Front and rear suspensions (tightness, abnormal noise, rupture).






26. Clean the surface of car body and seat.






27. debug wiring harness.

Debugging once a month, debugging to the appropriate position.


28. Road test.

After each maintenance operation, a road test must be carried out to observe the condition of each part.
